2021 AGM November 2, 2021

We are looking forward to holding our Annual General Meeting at the Hangar Flight Museum in Calgary on November 2. We have booked the venue for a 'private session' from 7 pm to 10 pm (meeting starts at 8 pm). Members will have time to explore and enjoy the Museum before and after our meeting.

The Museum has strict CoVid restrictions in place: masks and proof of vaccination are MANDATORY. We have initially booked the venue for 60 attendees; therefore it is important that we know if you plan on attending to confirm our estimate. Further updates regarding the AGM will be sent out closer to the event.
